This is, in part, a reflection of the growing recognition of the need to ensure healthy ecosystems, social equity and good organizational governance. ISO 26000 is the worldwide state of the art about social responsibility. But ISO 26000 is not a management system standard, and therefore not aimed and suitable for certification purposes.
